We were initially approached by Erewash Credit Union to produce a detailed set of brand guidelines so that the organisation could control the look and feel of their brand by creating consistency across all marketing collateral. To help us understand the client and their business challenges, we asked some pretty direct questions about their marketing strategy in general, their business goals in particular and about their approach to customer acquisition and retention.
The outcome was a recommendation that the organisation should consider a name change and totally rebrand. Following a Q&A workshop, we proposed, and had approved, the name of Derbyshire Community Bank and subsequently delivered a range of marketing collateral for their launch event and for use throughout their countywide branch network.
